Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the ss13 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and ss13 as the platform operator. This agreement covers the use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided through the ss13 platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to use these services. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.
Ss13 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Account Registration and Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at ss13. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. ss13 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. Do not share this information with anyone. ss13 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

- Accessing games and features available within your account limits
- Contacting support for any enquiries or technical issues
- Update your personal information whenever needed
- Making deposits and withdrawals in accordance with established procedures
- Using bots, automated software, or any tool that manipulates gameplay
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
- Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information
- Sharing your account with others or transferring it to a third party
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in an unauthorised manner
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure. ss13 reserves the right to withhold funds in any account suspected of fraudulent activity while an investigation is ongoing. ss13's decisions in such matters are final.
Payment Information and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the ss13 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include FPX bank transfers, local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, and other payment methods that may be added from time to time. The latest list of available payment methods can be found in your account section.
Full identity verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed. This includes submitting a valid proof of identity document. The process is a one-time requirement and is designed to protect your funds. Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they have been processed by the system.
Ss13 does not cover any fees charged by your bank or third-party payment providers. Such fees, where applicable, are the user's responsibility. Deposit processing times are near-instant for e-wallets, while bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your financial institution.
Rollover requirements (wagering conditions) may apply to certain bonuses before withdrawals are permitted. These conditions are clearly stated on each bonus offer. You are advised to read the applicable terms before accepting any promotional bonus.
Liability Limits and Account Suspension Policy
Ss13 provides an online entertainment and gaming platform on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, delays, or system errors. ss13 is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of technical disruptions beyond our reasonable control.
In cases where a technical disruption affects the outcome of a game, ss13 reserves the right to void or reverse all affected bets at our sole internal discretion. Such decisions are final and not subject to dispute.
Account Suspension and Closure
Ss13 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances: suspected fraud or illegal activity; violation of these Terms and Conditions; the user's own request; or instruction from a competent authority. In cases where an account is legitimately closed, any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the user in accordance with established procedures once the investigation is complete.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Applicable Law

All content on the ss13 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of ss13 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ss13.
The ss13 brand name and all associated trademarks are the property of ss13. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links and Governing Law
The ss13 platform may contain references to third-party services such as game providers or payment gateways. ss13 is not responsible for the policies, content, or practices of those third parties. Use of their services is subject to their respective terms.
